Your 4-digit pin code allows you to access important settings on your control panel. If you need to change it follow these steps:

1. On your control panel, press the home button and then press security
2. Press Menu
3. Press Toolbox
4. Enter your current 4-digit master pin code. If you do not know it please contact customer support
5. Press user management
6. Select the desired user. In some cases the button will be labeled user number one
7. Press change pin and enter new pin and press ok
8. Confirm your new pin by re-entering the new pin number and pressing ok
