Mobile App – Device Not Showing on Mobile App

If a device in your home isn’t showing up on your mobile app, follow these steps.

 

1-iconOn your home control panel press Services

 

2-iconCheck to see if the device is showing on the panel

 

3-iconIf you see the device there log out of the mobile app and log back in

 

4-iconIf the device still isn’t showing up on the app contact support

 

5-iconIf the device does not show up on the panel you need to reconnect it
