Mobile App – Device Not Showing on Mobile App
If a device in your home isn’t showing up on your mobile app, follow these steps.
On your home control panel press Services
Check to see if the device is showing on the panel
If you see the device there log out of the mobile app and log back in
If the device still isn’t showing up on the app contact support
If the device does not show up on the panel you need to reconnect it
