Note: This only applies to your GC2 panel

The GC2 Panel has the ability to make Emergency Calls using the built-in Emergency Button.

When you press the Emergency Button, three options will appear: Panic, Fire, and Emergency

Panic

When activated an audible alarm will sound from the Panel and an Alder Monitoring Professional will use Alder Live to speak to you directly through your Panel.

Fire

When activated an audible alarm will sound from the Panel and the Monitoring Station will dispatch the Fire Department. The Fire Button will not activate Alder Live, but an Alder Monitoring Professional will contact you using the Emergency Contact number you provided.

Emergency

When activated an audible alarm will sound from the Panel and an Alder Monitoring Professional will use Alder Live to speak to you directly through your Panel. All three local authorities, Police, Fire, and Ambulance, will be dispatched.
