In an emergency, every second counts. While dialing 911 is always the first choice, your Luna Simple Touch panel provides a fast, reliable backup when you need help fast.

Located just below the Home button, the Emergency Call Button connects you directly to our 24/7 monitoring center. Whether you need Medical, Police, or Fire assistance, help is only a few taps away.

How to Use the Emergency Call Button

Follow these steps:

  1. Press the Emergency Call button on your panel.
  2. Select the type of emergency: Medical, Police, or Fire.
  3. Tap “Call” to confirm.
  4. You’ll be connected with a Live Monitoring Agent via your panel’s built-in speaker and microphone.

Need to cancel the alarm?
Just tap “Cancel” and enter your 4-digit Master Code.
