Panel Communication Error
We recently uncovered a technical issue affecting a small number of our control panels shipped from Nov 2021-Dec 10, 2021. The issue may be preventing wireless communication between the security sensors and the control panel. This will only happen during your initial installation.
To find out if your panel is experiencing this issue, please follow these steps:
- Plug in your panel and begin following the on-screen installation guide.
- When the panel prompts you to trigger a sensor, please do so.
- If the panel is working properly, the sensor name should appear on the screen, and you should hear a chime sound, followed by the name of the sensor. If you hear this, you can continue setting up your system whenever it is convenient.
