Alder's Alarm Monitoring Service may entitle you to a discount on your homeowners or renters insurance. In order to qualify for an insurance discount, you must talk with your Insurance Provider and provide them with an Alarm Monitoring Certificate.
The purpose of an Alarm Monitoring Certificate is to certify that you have an alarm system monitoring a specific location. The Alarm Monitoring Certificate will include: The account holder's name, account number, monitored address, system installation date, current monitoring date, and the Monitoring Services Provided by Alder.
To request an Alarm Monitoring Certificate contact our Support Team. When you receive your Alarm Monitoring Certificate, send it to your Insurance Provider. Insurance Providers may have different discounts or requirements on how to retain your discount.
