When your system is armed, opening a door or window with a sensor will start a 30-second entry delay countdown. This gives you time to disarm the system before the alarm sounds—perfect for coming home with groceries, kids, or pets.

But we get it—not everyone moves at the same pace. That’s why you can easily adjust the entry delay to give yourself more time… or less.

How to Change Your Entry Delay

1. Tap "Settings" (top right corner of the panel)
2. Enter your 4-digit Master Code
3. Select "Sensors"
4. Choose the sensor type (e.g., Doors)
5. Pick the specific sensor you'd like to update (e.g., Front Door)
6. Tap the "Edit" icon
7. Use the + / – buttons to increase or decrease the entry delay time

Tip: A longer delay is great if you need a few extra seconds to disarm the system. Want a faster response? Reduce the delay for quicker alerts. It’s all up to you!
