When you arm your system, you have a short window of time—called the exit delay—before the alarm becomes active. The default is 60 seconds, giving you time to leave the house without triggering an alert.

But if you’re in a hurry or prefer a longer buffer, you can adjust the countdown to fit your lifestyle.

How to Adjust Your Exit Delay

1. Tap "Settings" (top right corner of your panel)
2. Enter your 4-digit Master Code
3. Select "System"
4. Tap "Exit Delay"
5. Use the + / – buttons to increase or decrease the countdown time

Tip: A longer delay gives you more time to head out the door. A shorter delay helps your system secure faster. Choose what works best for you!
