The Alarm Panel is not Connected to the Hub
If your Alarm Panel isn’t pairing with your Hub and you're seeing one of the following screens:

Please, follow these steps to get them connected:

Bring your Alarm Panel next to your Hub.
- Tap on “Try Again”.

If it Fails Again:
- Unplug both the Hub and the Alarm Panel.
- Move them to a different room, ideally 25 feet or more away from your Wi-Fi router. (Strong routers can sometimes interfere with the pairing process.)
- Plug them back in and try again.
- If they successfully connect, feel free to move them back near the router after setup.
