Didn't Receive a Call After Finishing the Setup?

Once you complete the Installation Wizard, your Alarm Panel will display this screen:

“Our professional monitoring team will call the phone number you provided when you placed your order — just to make sure everything is good to go.”

If you don’t get a call within 10 minutes:

  1. Check for missed calls from (833) 229-7568.
  2. Listen to any voicemails — it may have gone straight there.
  3. If there’s no sign of a call, don’t worry! Just give us a quick ring to our support team at (801) 806 - 0095

We will make sure we have your correct phone number on file and help get that updated for you.
