Trouble Connecting Your Alarm Panel to Wi-Fi During Setup?

We got you covered— let’s get you connected in just a few easy steps!

If during the setup Wizard, your Alarm Panel is failing to connect and you see the following screens,

Please follow these steps:

  1. Bring your Alarm Panel into the Same Room as your Hub and Router.
  2. Make sure you have selected the correct Wi-Fi network.
    1. On the Wi-Fi screen, tap the white box in the top-right corner of your Alarm Panel screen.
    2. You’ll see a list of available networks — select yours, then tap “Continue.”
  3. Confirm you have the correct Wi-Fi Password.
    1. Tap the white password box (center-left) to open the keyboard.
    2. Enter your password carefully (Remember: it’s case-sensitive and may include special characters).
    3. Tap the green checkmark, then “Continue.”
  4. Ensure Your Wi-Fi Password Has 8+ Characters.
    1. Alula Panels require a Wi-Fi password with at least 8 characters.
    2. If your password is too short, you’ll need to update it through your internet provider before reconnecting.

Still Not Connecting?

If your panel is still failing to connect, please tap on “Skip for Now” and complete the rest of the Setup Wizard.
