By default, motion detectors are turned off when your system is armed in Stay Mode, so you can move freely inside your home without triggering an alarm.

But what if there’s a room that’s rarely used, like a basement or guest room?
You can customize individual Motion Detectors to stay active in Stay Mode for added security where you need it most.

How to Turn ON Motion Detection in Stay Mode

To change Stay Mode settings for a Motion Detector:

1. Tap "Settings" (top right corner of the panel)
2. Enter your 4-digit Master Code
3. Select "Sensors"
4. Choose"Motion Sensor"
5. Tap"Edit" next to the Motion Detector you'd like to customize
6. Toggle "Active in Stay" to ON
