Heading out? Use Away Mode to fully secure your home. In this mode, all intrusion sensors — including motion detectors — are activated, so your home stays protected while you’re away.

How to Arm in Away Mode

1. From the Home Screen, tap “Arm Away.”
2. Your panel will announce “Arming Away” and begin a 60-second countdown.
3. Open and close a door during the countdown to confirm you’ve left the home. (If no door is opened, the system will switch to Stay Mode automatically.)
4. Need to cancel? Tap “Cancel” and enter your 4-digit passcode.

Pro Tip: The countdown gives you time to exit comfortably without rushing or triggering an alarm. With Away Mode, you can leave home confidently.
