Whether you’re coming home from work or just stepping out to grab the mail, your Luna Simple Touch Panel keeps you protected, and disarming it is quick and easy.

When armed, your panel will clearly display:

• “I’m Armed in Stay Mode” (when you’re staying in)
• “I’m Armed in Away Mode” (when you’ve left the house)

In either mode, all intrusion sensors are active and ready to alert — until you disarm.

Disarming at the Panel

As soon as you walk in, your system will start a 30-second countdown before sounding the alarm.
You’ll hear a gentle tone reminding you to disarm the system.

To disarm:

1. Tap the screen to wake it (if needed)
2. Enter your 4-digit user passcode
   That’s it — your system is now disarmed!

If you're a bit delayed and the alarm sounds, don’t stress. You can still disarm it, and our monitoring center may give you a quick call to make sure everything's okay.
