The GC2 Panel acts as a Z-Wave Controller allowing you to control Z-Wave enabled Smart Home / Home Automation equipment.

Using Z-Wave Devices

Many Z-Wave devices allow for multiple methods of interaction. To interact with your Z-Wave devices from the GC2 Panel:

1. Go to your Panel and press the Home Button
2. Press the Services Button
3. Press the Z-Wave Button
4. Select the category that your device is in
5. Select the device you would like to interact with
6. The Panel will then display options that correspond to the type of Z-Wave device being used

Adding / Removing Z-Wave Devices

Z-Wave devices are usually set up by the Alder Installer. If you need to add / remove additional devices please contact our Support Team
