If you are having an issue with your Alder Wire-Free Outdoor camera, please refer to the different indicator light functions below to better understand the camera problem.

Blinking Blue Light- (Indicated by pressing the operation button) The device is offline due to an internet connection problem. If the blue light is blinking after holding down the operation button (3-5 sec), the camera has been reset and needs to be paired to the account.

Solid Blue Light- The Camera is working properly (indicated by pressing the operation button).

Solid Purple Light- (Indicated by pressing the operation button) Check to make sure all the batteries are inserted into the camera and correctly. The plus (+) and negative (-) sign on the camera needs to match the (+) and (-) on the battery.

Solid Red Light- (Indicated by pressing the operation button) Low power.  Batteries need to be replaced or charged.

No Light- That is the normal operation for the camera.  After pressing the operation button momentarily, you will see a light indicated from the camera.  Please refer to the reference above on what the status of the light for your camera indicates.
