Your Verbal Password or Central Station Passcode is a word or phrase that you created when you purchased your system. The Verbal Password allows you to verify your identity with our Monitoring Station and Alder. You will need to verify your Verbal Password in order to cancel false alarms and to make updates or changes to the account.
This verification will reduce the chances of the police being falsely dispatched to your home. If you purchased your system after 7/18/19, your Verbal Password can be found in your order confirmation email.
