Your panel will alert you if you are experiencing an RMNF (radio modem network failure) alert. If you have received this communication error, meaning your panel isn’t communicating, you will need to clear the alert and contact customer care for assistance.
Please note, occasionally cell towers will go down for a few minutes. If this happens, try acknowledging the alert. If the alert goes away, then the system has reset itself.
