Door sensors or window sensors that are open or activated may cause the system to be not ready to arm. To see the status of your system and which sensors are reading open, follow these steps.

1. Ensure all door and window sensors are completely closed before checking their status
2. Go to your touch screen panel, and push the home button
3. Choose the Security button from your home screen
4. Choose Status to see a list of triggered zones
