My Kami doorbell chime won't make a sound?

The Kami doorbell camera will work with all mechanical chimes and most digital chimes. However, due to the numerous number of digital chimes and differing manufacturing specifications, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all of them.
What is the difference between a Mechanical and Digital Chime?
- A Mechanical Chime creates a sound by using a physical bell with a mechanical device and makes a traditional "ding-dong" sound.
- A Digital Doorbell Chime plays pre-recorded digital tones through a digital speaker and often has a selection of different tones you can choose from.
Below is a list of compatible and incompatible "Mechanical" and "Digital Chime" devices that have been tested with the Doorbell camera. We will continually update and add other chime devices to this list.
If the digital chimes are not compatible and will not work correctly with our doorbell, we recommend:
- Use the doorbell in battery mode (don't connect the cables to the doorbell), so that it won’t connect with the digital chime.
- Replace the digital chime with a mechanical or digital chime that is supported.
